Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino was on Monday arraigned at the Milimani Law Courts for shooting and injuring a DJ.

Appearing before Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi, Babu Owino was charged with attempted murder and he pleaded not guilty.
The court is yet to rule on his bail application.
