- The M-PESA transaction id
- Time you sent the money on MPESA
- Your ID number
- Your full names
You will be required to call the person who has received your transaction so that they reverse it for you. If you dont have their contacts, you can call Safaricom customer care Using 234 or their social media accounts and they will give you the contacts to use.
However, some companies dont have a number to reach them but they have active social media accounts.
