How one top chef in Kenya prepares Coconut creamed spinach, ugali and mutton fry

INGREDIENTS:
¾ kg mutton
3 blended tomatoes
One small pack @peptang_ke
Tomato paste
1tsp @siri_ni_chibundiro mild chillies spice
Salt
Oil

Procedure

In a pan boil your mutton in really little water coz it will also boil in its water.
When all water dries up, add in three chopped onions
Let it fry on low heat
Add salt and @siri_ni_chibundiro
And stir until the mutton gets a nice coating.
Now add in the blended tomatoes and your tomato paste.
Stir
Cover and let it simmer for six minutes
Garnish with coriander and serve

INGREDIENTS:
6 bunches of finely chopped spinach
3 tbsp Coconut cream
Salt
Oil

Procedure
In a pan heat oil
Add in your spinach and let it simmer for four minutes
From the sufuria drain the water.
Put it back on the heat and add salt +coconut cream
Stir for one minute and serve with ugali moto
