Two Tomatoes blended
1tbsp tomato paste
½tsp paprika powder
1tsbp tomato sauce
½tsp chicken masala
One onions chopped
Indomie one packet, boiled and drained
Wash your pork, and let it steam in its own water on low heat.
When about to dry up, add your paprika powder and chicken masala.
Stir and cover.
When it dries up totally add in onions and garlic.
Add little oil.
Add in salt and stir.
Now add in your tomato paste, tomato sauce and blended tomatoes.
Cover and let it simmer for 6 minutes till it has a thick rojo.
Add in your bumbu sauce.
Now add in your indomie and stir on high heat for one minute.
Garnish with corriander and serve.
