Preparing indomie the better way


2 packs indomie
4tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp ketchup
½tsp oregano
Lemon juice (squeezed from one lemon)
1 tsp vinegar
¼kg goat meat cut in strips
Paprika powder
Chicken masala
2tbsps oil
¼tsp crushed garlic


Boil your indomie for 3 minutes and drain the water and set aside. Prepare your sauce-In a bowl, mix well mayonnaise ,vinegar,lemon juice, ketchup and oregano Then set aside
Boil your goat meat strips for 7 minutes and drains any remaining water
In a pan, heat oil and put in your goat meat and stir till it begins to brown
Add in garlic, paprika and chicken masala.
Give a good stir, add in salt and stir.
Now add in the sauce you made earlier on and give a good mix
Add in bumbu sauce and keep stirring for two minutes
Add in your indomie give a good stir and garnish with dhania.
