A Congolese national Yatha Bahati Josue was arrested and arraigned in court as the third suspect in the murder of Kevin Omwenga.
The suspect was however released on a Ksh.100,000 cash bail after defence lawyers opposed the application by the prosecution, saying two other suspects had already been charged with the murder.
