DCI suspends issuance services over Coronavirus


The Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) has suspended individual fingerprint forensic and issuance services for two weeks in a bid to curb the spread of Coronavirus.

In a tweet, the DCI says the suspension will include the suspension of the issuance of Police Clearance Certificates previously known as Certificate of Good Conduct.

The DCI stated that they will screen and test both staff and visitors at the DCI nd visitors at the DCI headquarters and any case diagnosed will be referred to the relevant government medical institutions immediately for further attention.
