Kenya Secondary School Sports Association (KSSSA) chairman Peter Orero has stated that school games will reume once schools are reopened.
Mr Orero said KSSSA will put all options on the table to ensure school games run concurrently with the other learning activities, in order to ‘maintain the integrity’ of the Kenyan student’s ‘complete’ life in school.
The games administrator added that once the Ministry of Education gives the green light for schools reopening, KSSSA will deliberate over the recent safety guidelines which were issued by the Ministry of Sports.
“We’ll also hold discussions on how we will ensure safety for the students who will be participating in school games. We hope the ministry of education will guide us on how we will follow the safety guidelines which were announced by the ministry of education,” he added.
