All Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) rallies and public engagements have now been postponed indefinitely in honour of the late former President Daniel arap Moi.
Joint Secretary of the steering committee on BBI implementation Paul Mwangi said that new dates shall be announced but in the meantime, the country should focus on mourning the former president.,
“The Steering Committee on the Implementation of the Building Bridges to a United Taskforce Report wishes to announce the postponement of the scheduled public engagements which had been advertised,” he said in a press statement.
“This is in honour of the late former President of the Republic of Kenya His Excellency Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi.”
Two BBI rallies were set to happen this Saturday one at Wote in Makueni County and the other one which was planned by the Tanga Tanga team was to take place in Nakuru.
Following the passing on of HE President Daniel T. Arap Moi all BBI rallies have been postponed. Consequently the Nakuru rally which was planned for the 8th Feb 2020 has been rescheduled to a future date to be communicated in due course. Thank you!
